There are many different ways to make drawer fronts. There is no right or wrong way, it all comes down to what works for you. This is the way I do it:Cut 1x2 boards to size for the frameUse wood glue and nails to attach the pieces and form the frameUse a router with a rabbeting bit on the back of the frame to make a cut for the plywood to sit onCut 1/4 inch plywood or MDF to size in order to fit in the frame.
