A beet dip for the lovers! 💘 Blend together until smooth: 3 medium beets, roasted, peeled quartered 50g runny tahini 1 Tbsp olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 1 large garlic clove Pinch of salt Splash of water, if needed Stir together: 125g greek yogurt Juice of half a lemon 1 Tbsp olive oil Pinch of salt In three separate bowls, mix together both mixtures in different ratios to get dark, medium and light pink, making sure to leave some yogurt behind for later.
