Angely here!🌸 Early spring (and late fall🍁) is the ideal time to divide your native Purple Coneflowers (Echinacea purpurea)! Same as you would for a hosta. Get a shovel, dig up the root system and then using a garden (hori hori) knife, saw, or shovel, divide in half or three pieces. 💦Plant your divisions and water immediately to prevent transplant shock. 🌱 Pro Tip: If you don't know where you want to put your divided coneflowers, wrap the roots in a damp towel until you put them into the gro
