🚨 The Frio River is on the rise. This is from the 1120 North Bridge in Leakey, taken around 7:40am by Jerry Wayne Bates and Brett Rimkus. The rise can move quickly down the river and can be a powerful force. It will likely slow down by the time it reaches Concan, but we encourage everyone to be mindful and stay out of the river this morning until it passes.
