This one at Mt Hotham for Moritz is a good example of why planning matters. The building needed a full reroof and window replacement. In jobs like that, scaffolds are often tied into the structure. It works, but as windows and roofing progress, ties need to be removed and adjusted. That’s where rework and delays can start creeping in.
