Captured last month during our Operations base visit to Fort St. John, our aerial firefighting fleet on the ramp included an RJ85 airtanker and Turbo Commander birddog. As the group can be repositioned to different tanker bases when needed, the aircraft are accompanied by mobile trailers of supplies so that maintenance can be performed onsite, often in the evening after operations are no longer possible due to lack of daylight. #aerialfirefighting #aircraftmaintenance #airtanker #FortStJohn #wil
