Corn harvest and preservation is here! I stagger plant my corn rows so I don’t have so much to do at once. I typically freeze my harvest for the year with these steps: 1. Pick corn and shuck, and snap off the end stem. 2. Remove any bugs, excess silk, and blemishes. 3. In a bucket of clean water use a brush to take off the last of the silk. 4.
