Bracing your abdomen with a pillow while you stand up, sit down, or transition can help with excess pressure on incision as well as pain. 2. Getting into extension as soon as possible and help tremendously with scarf tightness, and getting things moving right away. It will even help with things like getting those bowel movements going!!
