Aug 7, 2023 · Jump to solution. I just installed a T-Mobile Home Internet system and it works perfectly with my cell phones, iPad's and i Mac. It let's me try to initiate my Rocku Express (SKU # 3930PW) and it sees the T-Mobile network but gives me a password error at the end and will not connect to the Wifi.

However, since the RokuTV is working and your other Roku device is not, I am assuming you may have a 2.4ghz-only Roku device.

Some devices need to be connected using 5ghz or 2.4 ghz. Download the app for the device (tower,T-mobile internet) turn on wifi on your phone and connect to it. Look around abit and you'll see network settings . U want to enable 2.4ghz and 5ghz. Ur fire stick probably uses 5ghz . It's basically a frequency it uses.
