Dec 15, 2022 · HDR Results. The OLED+907 was measured in the Filmmaker Mode HDR picture preset which is the closest to ST.2084 PQ EOTF, D65 white point and BT.2020 colour gamut for HDR10 playback. As Philips features the ‘Royal’ OLED.EX panel with the heat sink, we expect good things from the panel for peak brightness results.

May 13, 2022 · Of the current crop, Sony have a good reputation for SD upscaling, as does Philips. I use an old 65" Panasonic OLED (2016) and am still regularly surprised at how good the picture looks. As a comparison, my workplace has a 55" Sony LCD/LED and it's nowhere near as good as my TV, even though it's only two years' old.

Jun 14, 2010 · Feb 27, 2021. #7. Personally, I had an LG 55B7 and upgraded to a LG 55C9. I mainly upgraded for the lower input lag for gaming 13 ms vs 21ms and HDMI 2.1 for 120HZ gaming. In terms of picture quality, I think the C9 resolves some near black detail slightly better than the B7 but it's very slight to me.
