I've noticed my forehead gets bumps everywhere when I'm about to start my period/when I'm on my period. Hormones bring them out! Here's a before and after pic (on period and not on period).

Anyways, I've tried many face washes etc. that seem good and keep the rest of my skin clear however, for some reason it doesn't help in reducing my forehead bumps.

May 17, 2018 · I attached a picture of my forehead texture. I also have these little shiny under the skin bumps that will not go away on forehead and temples! Does anyone know what the bumps can be from and how to fix the texture? I do have sensitive skin. I use skin medica products and do not exfoliate to much due to irratation.
