Sep 28, 2022 · Yeah! I'd usually say something like "I'm so sorry I'll have to dip out" or if that's unnatural "I'm sorry, excuse me, I have to leave for another appointment". Generally, including an apology and an "excuse me" will make anything more polite.

I was a stay at home mom and my husband and I planned that I would be until they’re in school so I forgave him.
