Lagavulin 16 is often 60-70 in my parts, whereas all of those are bottles are $20-40 more expensive (with the exception of PC10 which is typically a bit cheaper). I don't think one can discount the Offerman/Ron Swanson effect and the fact that Diageo has really killed it with their marketing of Lagavulin.

Lagavulin 16 is aged for 16 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, and bottled at 43% alcohol, though in some markets it's at 40%. Dec 19, 2020 · I think Lagavulin 16 is the best standard bottling of the group, though Ardbeg and Laphroaig make better NAS (no age statement bottlings) like Ardbeg Uigaedail and Laphroaig’ caerdeas line. But if you want similar to Lagavulin 16, I think Ledaig 10 has the most similar undertones and Kilchoman Machir Bay has the most similar smoke note.

Honestly your price for Lagavulin 16 seems pretty low considering where everything else is situated on that list-- everywhere in the US I've been in the past year or two excluding California, it's pushing three figures and sometimes exceeding that.
