Wimbledon Championships have been anything but easy for Taylor Fritz, but he's certainly making his team and fans awfully proud. Fritz kicked off this tournament by erasing a two-set deficit against Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard.

Rising American tennis star Taylor Fritz, currently number five in the world, is set to face 26th seed Alejandro Davidovich Fokina later on Friday for a place in the Wimbledon fourth round.

Fritz has faced Davidovich Fokina twice already in 2025, and the two are 1-1 against each other. Fritz defeated Davidovich Fokina 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 at the Eastbourne tournament, before Davidovich Fokina won 7-6, 7-6 at Delray Beach.
