Over 40 structures were damaged, and 20 roads were impassable following an EF-2 tornado in Holmes County this weekend. Now, county leaders say FEMA will not be providing funding for recovery efforts.

Two months have passed since the March 14 tornado outbreak across Northeast Arkansas. As residents pick up the pieces of their homes and lives, recent weather events slow them down.

The federal government has granted Arkansas disaster assistance for the March severe storms after an initial denial was appealed.
