The gin is distilled in Holland in a 100-year-old, brick-encased, copper pot still. It has won “World’s Best Gin” at the International Spirits Challenge four times.
They use four, European-engineered stills to produce other spirits, including an 8-year-old, barrel-aged Lost Pirate rum, Bagger Vodka, premium dry gin and a small batch fruit brandy.
Making spirits is one thing but liqueurs are a whole new uncharted area to explore. This one comes from the same team behind Kumaon & I gin which was launched a little earlier.
