Charleston’s Spring Hill Cemetery made a policy earlier in the year to ban synthetic flower decorations, citing issues with maintenance crews tasked with mowing and trimming the property.

The mayoral and aldermen election will take place in Spring Hill on April 10. Citizens will be able to vote on the city mayor and four aldermen seats on the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
