It’s an annual celebration that has really gone to the dogs; the Northeast Ohio Dachshund Picnic returned Saturday with more than 300 dogs in attendance.

Scattered rain showers and storms will once again develop on Sunday. Places along and east of I-77 will have the highest chance of rain. Sunday will not be a washout and not everyone will see rain.
