Firefighters in Kentucky rescued the driver of a semi-truck after a crash left the truck’s cab dangling off the side of an elevated highway.

At around 08:30, ALS Paramedics who responded to the accident found a truck which had veered off from the busy N3 highway, gone up the embankment and overturned, trapping the driver in the wreckage.
