Students are speaking out after an LSU law professor was put on leave for making political comments during a lecture.

A group of LSU students held a protest Tuesday outside the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, demanding professor Ken Levy be reinstated following his removal from the classroom pending an investigation into alleged political comments he made.

An attorney for LSU law professor Ken Levy said his suspension from teaching amounted to content-based censorship and should be reversed immediately.
