The Ohio Department of Development and Lifeline, Inc., wants to reassure Lake County residents that seasonal assistance continues to be available to alleviate the burden of costly energy bills.
Approved applicants can receive a fixed water bill of $34 a month, as long as they don't have a past due balance.
