Anglers in central and southeastern Pennsylvania will soon have a rare opportunity to fish when trout, carp and bass are gorging on cicadas.

Chris Klinkhammer grew up in Long Prairie, fishing often with his grandpa and with friends. He currently lives in Sauk Centre, and continues to live his passion for fishing.
