Storms will develop on the dry line to the west by the early to mid-afternoon. On the early side, the initial storms will form around 2 p.m. to the west. Those supercells will be capable of the nastiest hail, some wind risk and a low tornado threat. The risk to the west will continue until about 5 p.m.
