In October 2018, WWE held its first-ever all-women's PLE entitled WWE Evolution. WWE has touted its women's division as the strongest ever, but they have yet to hold another WWE Evolution event. Bayley would like to see that change.

According to her stated plan Bayley now leads the WWE team towards her vision. She hopes to help the female wrestlers achieve more main event status and better merchandise success

WWE has held exactly one all-women's PLE event in the company's history. WWE Evolution was held back in 2018 at the Nassau Coliseum in New York. The show was universally hailed as one of the best WWE PLEs of that particular year.
