'Home Alone' house in Winnetka sells for $5.5M — $250K over asking price
The north suburban home from "Home Alone," located at 671 Lincoln Avenue in Winnetka, sold for $5.5 million, $250,000 above its asking price. The 9,126-square-foot home, built in 1921 and renovated in 2018, includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, sports court, wet bar, movie theater, and more.
The brick-red Georgian home was listed for sale in May at $5.25 million and sold Thursday for slightly above asking price.
