A woman in Sunnyvale was killed after apparently being run over by an RV as she assisted the vehicle’s owner, police said. Sunnyvale police and fire personnel were dispatched to the 900 block of West Cardinal Drive where they found the woman trapped beneath the RV.

A woman died following a Sunday afternoon car collision that left her trapped underneath a recreational vehicle (RV). Investigators said it does not appear that speed or intoxication were factors in the incident.
