Marshawn Kneeland, after a college career at Western Michigan, was the Cowboys' second-round pick in the 2024 NFL draft. He earned a significant role in his first two seasons, recording 26 tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery in 18 games. But on Thursday, it was revealed that Kneeland had passed away due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens has been fined multiple times this season, and he's adding to that total during the bye week.

The NFL has fined George Pickens for unsportsmanlike conduct after Monday night’s Cowboys-Cardinals matchup at AT&T Stadium. The league shared the development Saturday as teams prepare for Week 10 of the 2025 season. Pickens was officially fined $17,389 for what the NFL called unsportsmanlike conduct - taunting.

The New York Jets are in the past for Quinnen Williams but he still had positive vibes he sent back to his first NFL home after being traded. The star defensive tackle was moved at the 2025 NFL trade deadline by the Jets and he landed with the Dallas Cowboys. Reports indicated that Williams wanted to be traded as well.

The Cowboys added Jaydon Blue with the first of two picks in Round 5, and fans had high hopes for the speedy back out of Texas. Through nine games, Blue has been a healthy scratch five times. In his four appearances, he has 65 yards on 22 attempts and one catch for five yards.

The Dallas Cowboys officially re-signed RB Malik Davis to their practice squad on Friday, per the NFL Transactions wire.  Davis, 26, signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Florida following the 2022 NFL Draft.
