A shocking incident took place on Mumbai’s Coastal Road on Thursday night when a ₹9-crore Lamborghini Revuelto caught fire. The luxury sports car was taken over by flames within minutes, sparking concerns about the safety of high-end vehicles.

The video of a burning Lamborghini shared by Gautam Singhania on X, triggered an outrage on social media in which users expressed their concerns about the safety.

Businessman and car enthusiast Gautam Singhania shared a video of the affected car on social media platform X (previously known as Twitter).

Gautam Singhania raised concerns over safety of Lamborghini in India, In the 11-second clip, there was smoke coming out from the rear of the vehicle, while a man was using a fire extinguisher to douse the flame.

The Lamborghini luxury car, worth nearly ₹9 crore (ex-showroom), was seen engulfed in flames on the Coastal Road in Mumbai.

A fire brigade official said one fire engine was promptly dispatched to the spot. The blaze was doused in approximately 45 minutes.

Several videos of the incident is circulating on social media platforms, the clips show flames inside the orange-colored car with a Gujarat registration number, with a man trying to put them out.
