Dog left to starve for a month in Evansville garage, police say
An Evansville man is charged with animal neglect after police say he left a dog to starve. Officers say they were called to the 900 block of West Missouri Street Wednesday evening. They say animal control officials found an emaciated dog in a detached garage after they got complaints of a dog barking.
