Self-described “ very stable genius ” Donald Trump on Tuesday took aim at two of his most prominent critics in Congress — Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) ― with a demand that they take IQ tests.

Boasting that he had “aced” an intelligence test, the president said, “Now it’s time for them to take a test.”

The town hall is an attempt to rally voters in the Lake Champlain city against Rep. Elise Stefanik, a Republican who represents it in Congress.
