Newark Mayor Ras Baraka is speaking out publicly for the first time since he was arrested for allegedly attempting to break into an ICE facility during a protest.

Officials say a radio communications issue between air traffic controllers and planes led to a 45-minute ground stop at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey on Sunday.
