The advantage with Sticky Notes is that it autosaves – but then Notepad opens faster and simpler. However, for quick access, both of them should be either on the Desktop or the Taskbar.
You will notice that Sticky Notes is no longer a Desktop app but a trusted Windows Store app in Windows 11/10. If Notes are pinned to your taskbar, click the Sticky Notes icon to open it.
