A series of new laws will take effect in Indiana on Tuesday, including changes to voter registration even reviewing the state’s border with Illinois.
Beth Boyce, chair of the Johnson County GOP, was appointed to the four-member Indiana Election Commission by Republican Gov. Mike Braun earlier this month. She starts July 1 and will serve until June 30, 2027. Boyce will also be the IEC’s chair, presiding over various election matters that come before it.
