Andy Reid has become only the fourth head coach in NFL history to win 300 games after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Houston Texans to advance to the AFC Championship.
With this feat, Reid became only the fourth head coach in NFL history to reach the 300-win threshold. He joined an elite group of coaching greats, which include Don Shula (347 wins), Bill Belichick (333) and George Halas (324).

With the win, the Chiefs earned an appearance in their seventh-straight AFC Championship game. Andy Reid also reached a personal milestone with the victory. The Jan. 18, win against the Texans was Reid’s 300th NFL victory as a head coach.
