Nvidia reveals four of its RTX 5000-series graphics cards at the CES event in Las Vegas - the RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 TI and 5070. There's good and bad news with pricing

The new GeForce RTX 5090 is the top of the line and the star of the show (so much so that it actually leaked just hours before it was officially unveiled), but Nvidia is actually launching four new 50-series GPUs at CES 2025, with the desktop models starting to ship this month and laptop versions arriving in March.

Here they are! Nvidia's RTX 50-series GPUs, based on its "Blackwell" architecture, are coming soon, with giant performance boosts in tow for gaming and content creation with AI models.

Nvidia has finally pulled the curtain off its next series of graphics cards. If you somehow avoided the mountain of rumors and leaks about Nvidia’s powerful, humongous, and energy-hungry RTX 50-series GPUs, that are all that and more.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang revealed the RTX 50-series GPUs during a CES keynote this evening, announcing a $1,999 RTX 5090, a $999 RTX 5080, a $749 RTX 5070 Ti, and a $549 RTX 5070. Nvidia’s new RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 GPUs will both be available on January 30th, with the RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5070 to follow.

After months of waiting, Nvidia has finally announced its new line of graphics cards, led by the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 at CES 2025. And while there are only a couple graphics cards at the Las Vegas tech show, the rest of the lineup should filter out over the next few months.

Nvidia claims its new RTX 50-series GPUs are twice as fast as the previous generation, but that claim doesn't tell the full story.
