Cabot appears to be married to Privateer Rum’s CEO, as private records show they’re co-owners of a $2.2 million New Hampshire home.
Tech executive Andy Byron was caught on a jumbotron at a Coldplay concert embracing a woman reported to be his company's chief human resources officer. The woman in question, Kristin Cabot, has subsequently deleted her LinkedIn profile. Newsweek contacted Astronomer for comment via email on Friday outside regular working hours.
Another employment attorney, William Cafaro, told The Post he believes from what he’s seen, booting Cabot would be easy, but he suspects the company and her might be wrangling over an exit deal.
Before being caught in the arms of married Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, the company’s HR chief, Kristin Cabot, boasted that she “wins trust” of CEOs. “An influential leader and fearless change agent, I lead by example and win trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants,” she wrote via her LinkedIn bio.

During the concert cameras pointed to a man with gray hair later identified as Astronomer CEO Andy Byron hugging a woman, later identified as Kristin Cabot. Once they noticed they were being seen on camera, the two immediately darted in opposite directions as lead singer Chris Martin suggested the two were either shy or having an affair.
