Haryana fast bowler bagged 10 for 49 against Kerala, and became the sixth Indian to achieve the feat in first-class cricket

Anshul Kamboj underlined his credentials as one of the most exciting fast bowlers in the Indian domestic circuit with an eight-wicket haul for Haryana against Kerala in a Ranji Trophy Group C match at the Chaudhary Bansi Lal Cricket Stadium here on Thursday.

Haryana's right-arm medium pacer Anshul Kamboj took all 10 wickets in Kerala's first innings in the Ranji Trophy. This is the third time a bowler has taken all 10 wickets in an innings in Ranji Trophy.

Taking five wickets in an innings is a commendable feat. Now if someone takes 10 wickets, that’s just amazing. When it comes to our very own Ranji Trophy, it has only happened three times. The latest member of the club is Anshul Kamboj.

Anshul Kamboj came into limelight when he was picked up by Mumbai Indians for IPL 2024. He played three games in the previous season and took two wickets.

Haryana pacer Anshul Kamboj entered the record books on Friday as he became only the third bowler in the history of Ranji Trophy to claim all 10 wickets in an innings. Kamboj, 23, achieved the feat in the home team's Group C game against Kerala at the Chaudhary Bansi Lal Cricket Stadium on the outskirts of Rohtak.

Haryana fast bowler has become just the 3rd Indian to claim all 10 wickets in an innings in a Ranji Trophy match. Even Anil Kumble and Subhash Gupte couldn't achieve this feat in Ranji Trophy.
