Pamela Bach, an American actor who appeared on several episodes of "Baywatch" and was married to its star David Hasselhoff for 16 years, died Wednesday at her residence in Los Angeles, Calif.

Hasselhoff's cause of death has been confirmed three weeks after she was found dead in her L.A. home at the age of 62.
