[Daumemo] came up with a solution: a 3D printed drill press for a Dremel or similar rotary tool ... and if you have a well-stocked parts bin you might even finish it before a mail-ordered version ...

Many hobby setups use a Dremel drill press, or even rely on prayer-based ... takes all of the frustration out of using through-hole parts.
