Sunday morning will bring wet weather to the Sacramento Valley along with breezy conditions. Rain will start around 7 a.m. and taper off by 1 p.m. The Sierra mountain passes will see snow early in the morning and drivers should expect chain controls and minor traffic delays.

One storm is on its way out, with another on its heels. Friday will be generally dry throughout Northern California, but starting Friday night, a weekend storm will slowly move down the state, beginning at the Oregon border and landing in the Bay Area on Sunday.
