A couple of heavy snow bands or snow squalls will move in around the noon hour. This could lead to a few areas of whiteout conditions. It could be hard to see far in front of drivers on the road during the lunch hour.

A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 3:54 a.m. EST for snow until 6 a.m. EST for Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer and St. Clair counties.

The Houston area is seeing an increasing chance that a mix of wintry precipitation—including snow—is headed in its direction. Space City Weather meteorologist Eric Berger said there is a growing possibility (about a 50-50 chance) of snow or sleet beginning next Monday night and Tuesday.
