Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Wednesday labeled the increasing rates of autism in children an epidemic and said federal research dollars will be dedicated to identify the cause.

As much as the current administration would like folks to believe there is something larger at play, the rise in autism diagnoses can be easily explained.
