President Donald Trump said he will 'have to take a look' at deporting Elon Musk to his native South Africa as their fight reached new heights.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday threatened to cut off the billions of dollars in subsidies that Elon Musk's companies receive from the federal government, in an escalation of the war of words between the president and the world's richest man,

“The changes the Senate made to the House passed Beautiful Bill, including unacceptable increases to the national debt and the deficit, are going to make passage in the House difficult,” Marlin Stutzman, a Republican member of the lower chamber from Indiana, said in a post on X.

Donald Trump’s multitrillion-dollar tax bill is running into Republican resistance in the House as moderate and ultra-conservative GOP lawmakers threaten to defy the president and sink his domestic agenda.

It now heads back to the House, or lower chamber, where it still faces more opposition.
