A 17-year-old from Flint, Michigan, reported missing in September, has been found dead with a homicide investigation now taking place. The Michigan State Police gave those details in a press release issued Wednesday in the case of Jeremiah Jamaal Frazier.

In January, MSP Major Case Unit Detectives began investigating the disappearance. On Feb. 21, detectives searched multiple residences and they discovered a body in a home in the Flint’s south side near the 1600 block of Kent Street, MSP said. The body was identified as Jeremiah. MSP said it is currently investigating his death as a homicide.

Jeremiah Jamaal Frazier had been reported missing since September of 2024 with major case unit detectives beginning to investigate his disappearance. His body was discovered Feb. 21 while police detectives were serving search warrants on multiple residences. Frasier's body was found inside a residence on the 1600 block of Kent Street.
