A 14-year-old boy has been charged with murder after Leo Ross, 12, was stabbed in Birmingham. West Midlands Police said Leo suffered fatal knife wounds to the stomach on Tuesday afternoon and was found close to Scribers Lane, Hall Green. He died in hospital at 19:30 GMT that evening.

Leo Ross died last week after being stabbed in the stomach, with a 14-year-old subsequently arrested and charged with his murder.
