In its effort to eliminate antisemitism in higher education, the Trump administration sent a letter to Harvard University outlining conditions that must be met in order to receive federal funding. The April 3 letter alleges that Harvard has “fundamentally failed to protect American students and faculty from antisemitic violence and harassment in addition to other alleged violations of Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
