A 3-year-old boy has died of injuries in the massive explosion of fireworks at a home in Honolulu on New Year's Eve.

UPDATE: City officials identified the child as Cassius Ramos-Benigno. He is the fourth person to die in the incident, which also injured around 24 others, many critically.
