Apple’s upcoming TV adaptation of Cape Fear has landed another big name, as Oscar- and Emmy-nominated actress Amy Adams has been cast in one of the principal roles. According to The Hollywood Reporter,

Amy Adams is set for a lead role in the “Cape Fear” TV series currently in the works at Apple TV+, Variety has learned. Adams joins Javier Bardem in the show, which was picked up to series at Apple in November with a 10 episode order.
