Hi, I booked through their website, toursofthecolosseum., and they give you instructions. In our case, I booked from Australia, when I booked our tour we then booked the colosseum tickets directly and our guide collected them for us. They will give you the link so you can buy the tickets directly. We were met outside the station opposite the colesseum and then had our private tour. We paid the guide at the end of the tour and it was worth every euro! I'd highly recommend them. I hope this helps, James

Hi, We didn't do the underground tour as part of the guided tour on our day. We did see people going through that area whilst we were in the colosseum. If your booking was the same as ours then you would have bought colosseum tickets on line first and then you'll pay the guide after the tour. I'd look at the Colosseum website for the underground tickets and maybe do that part yourselves afterwards. I certainly wouldn't miss the other parts of the tour, for us it was wonderful and we throughly enjoyed it. Sorry we couldn't be of any further help. James.
