The wolves were amazing. We took a great many photos and videos. The tour guide knew so much about wolves and provided so many antectdotes. Full review by Donna O

We have huskies and wanted to know how close can you get while the place looks awesome (we are visiting in January) and are considering booking the 'wolf pack tour'. Is everything behind a fence or are you allowed to interact albeit in a controlled environment. We do understand that these are wild animal and applaud you for the conservation. With a family of 5 this from Australia it might be a bit expensive if it all behind a wire fence. Thanks

Oh man! I just saw this question. Obviously way too late, but yes, it's all behind a fence and you have to be lucky to catch the sight of a wolf actually. They told us they keep them 'not used' to people, because they want to preserve their wild nature, so, yes, I guess you can be unlucky enough and barely see a wolf. For my kids it was a mix of disappointment that there was no closer encounter with them and, yet, they still loved the visit and my son still talks about it. Anyway, You've already come and gone probably. So I hope you weren't disappointed if you decided to go.
